I sold and bought houses 3 times, and Kathy is the best  real estate agent I’ve ever met. She helped us bought a new construction. When we were not in tow, Kathy checked the construction site almost every week and kept us posted about the new process. We had an issue with the water pipes in the laundry room, Kathy communicated several times with the builder as this was her home.
